Scott Lucas, lead singer of Chicago staple Local H and Scott Lucas and the Married Men, talks to CHIRP about the presidential election, his efforts to get people to vote, and the latest Local H album, "Hallelujah... I'm a Bum," an album that focused heavily on Chicago politics and the state of the nation. The album was released in time for the 2012 election, but Lucas thinks its message reaches far beyond.
