Hailing from the "Logan View" neighborhood of Chicago, Jimmy Whispers is one of city's most well-regarded weirdos. CHIRP's Dylan Peterson caught up with Jimmy to talk about  ideas for his upcoming set at the Pitchfork Music Festival,  the value of Ace of Base during his days as an Uber driver, and dressing like a beer-drenched Farrah Fawcett on stage.
