After years of radio experience, I'm still passionate about the industry.  I've always enjoyed how it can bring a community together.  Commercial radio is now, more than ever, pre-packaged and distributed from other places.  CHIRP radio talks about events happening in the community right now, down the street from your neighbors.  That's what appeals to me the most.
