Mary Nisi is an old timer around these parts, as she was a founding member of CHIRP, the director of the Record Fair & Other Delights for ten(!) years, and remembers a time when the Smiths were actually a band. From time to time, she requests that you get off her lawn. She is the owner of Toast & Jam DJs, a company that DJS weddings and events that guarantees you will never be forced to do the "Chicken Dance" on her watch. Mary keeps bees, has several cats and enjoys stitching and skiing and yoga, sometimes all at once. She lives in the great northern hinterlands of Evanston with her husband and very cool son. Mary is the host of the Noonday Underground, Mondays 12-3pm CST.
