Craig Reptile is a DJ, CHIRP volunteer and Assistant Music Director.  He previously worked in radio at KVOE AM and Fox 105 in Emporia, Kansas, and served as a DJ, music director and general manager for WVKC at Knox College.  He has been a Senior Staff Writer for Pop'stache and writes freelance for Newcity, in addition to contributing occasionally to the CHIRP blog. Craig worked in various capacities within the hotel and meetings industry for over twenty years and currently works in artifical intelligence.  He is a member of The Blue Ribbon Glee Club, Chicago's longest-running a capella group that performs punk, indie and alternative rock favorites.  He comes by his DJ handle honestly, as he also fancies himself an armchair herpetologist, having kept various species through the years, and has earned a Master Herpetologist Certification from the Amphibian Foundation..
