Craig Reptile Saturdays, 12AM
Craig Reptile, formerly known as The Reptile God, has been an armchair indie rock enthusiast since the halcyon days of the late 1980’s and early 1990’s. He was a DJ, music director and general manager at WVKC, the Knox College radio station in Galesburg, Illinois, where he also booked bands like Material Issue, Madder Rose, Green, The Lilacs and Harm Farm and wrote a poem and a paper now and then and the occasional run-on sentence. He’s also worked part-time at a Top 40/Adult Contemporary station in Kansas and has spent the last fifteen years in the hotel business. Aside from his collection of music and books, his proudest accomplishment is his 10 year old budding punk rocker/jam-master, Luke. Did he mention he’s a Star Wars fan? And Pat Smear said “‘Sup?” to him once.
